Until now, an efficient and secure EU-wide solution was lacking.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\"4.24.1\" _module_preset=\"default\" custom_padding=\"17px||19px|||\" global_colors_info=\"{}\" theme_builder_area=\"post_content\"][et_pb_column type=\"4_4\" _builder_version=\"4.24.1\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\" theme_builder_area=\"post_content\"][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.24.1\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\" theme_builder_area=\"post_content\"]<\/p>\n<h2>Wero<\/h2>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.27.4\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\" theme_builder_area=\"post_content\"]<\/p>\n<p>Sending and receiving money on the move in real time: \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/wero-wallet.eu\/de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wero<\/a>\u201d is EPI's wallet solution, which can either be integrated into the banking app for customers of participating banks or used with the Wero app.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=\"3_5,2_5\" _builder_version=\"4.24.1\" _module_preset=\"default\" custom_padding=\"0px|||||\" global_colors_info=\"{}\" theme_builder_area=\"post_content\"][et_pb_column type=\"3_5\" _builder_version=\"4.24.1\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\" theme_builder_area=\"post_content\"][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.27.6\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\" theme_builder_area=\"post_content\"]<\/p>\n<p>In the future, the service is intended to facilitate payments for all types of retail transactions using a cell phone. Direct person-to-person transactions and online payments are already enabled for customers of participating banks in Germany. This means that TSPs are also reviewed in the course of the security assessment.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to evaluating backend and payment processing systems, we also assess mobile payment apps, wallets, and their integrations.
