Andrea Tubach takes over as CEO. The founder and previous CEO, Manfred Tubach, now joins Matthias M\u00f6lleney and Nikolaus Kirner on the Supervisory Board. Dr. Dietmar Kirchner, the long-standing Chairman of the Supervisory Board, decided to step down from his position. Manfred Tubach takes over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nI have now served on the Supervisory Board of usd AG for 20 years. During this time, a regional IT service provider - with essentially one customer - became a globally active company in the field of cyber security. The strategic realignment was developed by the management board at the time and then successfully implemented by a competent workforce.
