usd AG has become an industry partner of the efl \u2013 the Data Science Institute<\/a> and will contribute its cyber security expertise to one of the leading research and transfer centers for data-driven innovations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The efl is a joint initiative of Goethe University Frankfurt and the Technical University of Darmstadt. It combines excellent research with concrete practical applications and brings together renowned partners from the world of finance and technology, including the Deutsche B\u00f6rse Group, DZ Bank Group, Deutsche Bundesbank, Finanz Informatik, and American Express.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emerging from the E-Finance Lab, the Institute has been promoting exchange between science and business for many years. The focus is on future topics such as financial market innovations, advanced analytics, legal tech, health data science, and digital transformation. The aim is to use modern analysis and AI methods where they sustainably improve decision-making and business processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the new partnership, we are bringing in-depth cybersecurity know-how to the efl partner network. Especially in the interplay of AI and data-based approaches, the requirements for security, governance, and resilience are increasing significantly. We use our experience to consider security aspects at an early stage in our joint work on data-driven business models and to support practical solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
