usd Live Hack at MADKON18

On September 21, 2018 usd AG will be present at MADKON18 with a Live Hacking Session on Rubber Ducky and Phishing attacks. Christian Frei, usd Head of Security Analysis & Pentests, and Felix Schmidt, usd Sales Representative & Product Manager Security Awareness, will demonstrate impressively and entertainingly how easy it is to gain access to data of third parties or to read along. They will show how real attack scenarios using Rubber Ducky USB devices and phishing mails could look like and how hackers make use of these methods and technologies.
The “Mainzer Digitalkongress” MADKON is a new congress format organized by the IT Klub Mainz & Rheinhessen e.V. with the support of the State Chancellery of Rhineland-Palatinate and the City of Mainz. On 21 and 22 September 2018, representatives from politics, business and social institutions will meet at the Kurfürstliches Schloss Mainz to provide companies and private individuals with insights into topics from the broad field of IT security, to inform about risks and to enable the participants to act by imparting important competencies and motivations.
