usd AG contributed to the Mainzer Digital Congress MADKON with a live hacking session. Christian Frei, Head of Security Analysis & Pentests and Felix Schmidt, Sales Representative & Product Manager Security Awareness at usd AG demonstrated how easy it is to gain access to data of third parties or to read along. During the live hacking demonstration they impressively demonstrated how realistic attack scenarios using Rubber Ducky USB devices and phishing mails look like and how hackers make use of these methods and technologies. The demonstration aimed at raising IT security awareness among the audience while promoting solutions for more security at the same time.
